630kVA~1500kVA Step-Down Cast Resin Isolation Dry Type Distribution Split Core Current Transformer
This product conforms to the national standard GB10941-2013 (IEC 60076) power transformer and GB/T6451-2015 indoor dry transformer technical parameters and requirements. Epoxy resin cast transformer is a kind of solid insulated encapsulated winding power transformer. Epoxy resin dry type transformer adopts epoxy resin as insulation material, high and low voltage winding adopts copper strip (foil), pouring epoxy resin vacuum curing, forming high-strength FRP body. Insulation grades are F and h. Epoxy resin dry type transformer has the characteristics of good electrical performance, strong lightning impact resistance, strong short-circuit resistance, small size, light weight and so on. The temperature display controller can be installed to display and control the working temperature of the transformer winding to ensure the normal service life of the transformer.

Structure characteristics of dry-type isolation transformer:
Iron core adopts high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, iron core silicon steel sheet adopts 45 degree full oblique connection, so that the magnetic flux passes along the direction of joining silicon steel sheet.
There are four winding forms, respectively, winding, epoxy resin with quartz sand filling and casting, glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin casting column (i.e., thin insulation structure) and multi-strand glass fiber impregnated epoxy resin winding.
The third type of glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin casting is generally used, because it can effectively prevent the casting of resin cracking and improve the reliability of the equipment.

Our dry-type transformers need to be designed before production, and when confirming the design of the transformer, we need to pay attention to the two aspects of the winding and insulation.
First of all, confirm that the drawings are consistent with the production of products, to confirm its capacity is correct and then look at the line gauge, find out the line gauge to confirm the number of turns. Secondly, to confirm what kind of wiring, high-voltage drawings to look at its tap out, count the number of turns out of the head, low-voltage look at what kind of winding, the length of the head, the position of the transposition, the winding of the inner and outer diameters, amplitude to the size and so on.
Secondly, according to the coil inside the warp calculate the length and width of the paper tube cardboard, and then from the drawing number to find out the length of the end of the insulation drawings, including oil channel pads and corrugated oil channel thickness, in turn, to find out the end of the circle and the upper and lower iron yoke insulation.
The second part is to start the side winding, insulation.
Third, semi-finished coil insulation test. Low-voltage coil winding is completed and winding process to use a multimeter to measure insulation, mainly to measure whether the turns are short-circuited.
Fourth, lead hot tin pre-assembly and welding. Including lead preparation, lead welding, lead overall assembly welding and insulation wrapping.
Fifth, labeling.
Sixth, coil set.
Seventh, semi-finished product testing.
Eighth, overall assembly.

Dry transformers mainly rely on air convection for cooling, referring to the transformer whose iron core and winding are not impregnated in insulating oil, which is generally used for local lighting and electronic lines. Compared with oil-type transformers, dry transformers have no oil, and there is no fire, explosion, pollution and other problems. Moreover, the dry transformer is free from maintenance, occupies a small area, and does not need to make a separate transformer room. In addition, dry-type transformers have good impact resistance, good mechanical strength, good crack resistance and moisture resistance. Good heat dissipation and other advantages.
